BRAND & CONTENT MANAGER THE STUDIO

An established, independent women's fashion brand with a distinctive bohemian spirit is looking for an experienced and creatively minded Brand & Content Manager to lead its in-house content team.

The brand evokes a spirit of adventure, sensuality and duality, combining timeless style with a fresh, unapologetic edge. Its collections are created for women who embrace individuality, freedom and self-expression.

Working closely with the Creative Director, you'll take the creative vision for each season and turn it into high-quality, on-brand content across the business. This is a role where strategy and execution go hand in hand - you'll be expected to shape the plan, but also be hands-on in making sure it happens.

You’ll own the wider content output and digital touchpoints, while providing clear direction and accountability for the team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a key role within the creative team, with responsibility for turning the brand’s seasonal creative direction into a cohesive content strategy and ensuring it is delivered consistently across every touchpoint.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to plan and develop content, lead the in-house team and oversee how the brand is represented across social, campaigns, email and digital.

Creative & Content Strategy
  • Work alongside the Creative Director to execute the content strategy for each season.
  • Translate the wider creative direction into clear, achievable plans for the content team.
  • Make sure the team has a shared understanding of what’s expected, with the support and tools they need to deliver.
  • Own the social calendar, with the Social Lead working within the wider content plan.
Production & Creative Direction
  • Be hands-on from the outset, leading on creative direction, mood boards and shoot concepts.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to proactively plan the content required month to month.
  • Ensure the strategy agreed at the outset is actually delivered, rather than simply documented.
  • Work alongside the Creative Director to develop the creative direction for content shoots, bringing forward ideas and opportunities that support the season.
Digital Oversight
  • Own the brand’s digital touchpoints, including the homepage, campaign rollouts, email content and design.
  • Have a clear view of how and where content is used across the customer journey, ensuring everything feels connected and on-brand.
  • Work with the finance team to agree annual budgets and ensure these are effectively communicated and managed within the content team.
Team Management
  • Lead and manage the content team, including Social Lead, Social, Production & PR Coordinator and Digital Creative.
  • Set clear expectations and provide direction, support and development for the team.
  • Act as the key point of accountability for content and brand output to the founders.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a creative, commercially aware and highly organised content leader who is equally comfortable setting the direction and getting stuck into the detail.

You’ll have:

  • Strong experience in a brand, fashion, lifestyle or similarly creative environment, with a strong understanding of content and brand storytelling.
  • Experience leading a content or creative team, with the ability to give clear direction while supporting people to do their best work.
  • A strong creative eye and the ability to develop mood boards, concepts and creative direction for shoots.
  • Experience managing a busy content calendar and coordinating multiple creative projects and stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of how content should work across digital touchpoints, including social, email, campaigns and website.
  • The confidence to work closely with senior creative stakeholders and translate creative vision into practical execution.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple moving parts on track.
  • A hands-on approach - someone who is as comfortable developing a shoot concept as they are overseeing the wider content strategy.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness, budgets, deadlines and business priorities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of content within a growing, creatively driven fashion brand and work closely with its senior creative team. You’ll have genuine influence over how the brand is brought to life across every digital touchpoint, while leading a talented in-house team.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
