Explore your future career   As a global Field Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality lead and sales meetings, and nurture Malt clients, in the UK and globally.  While your primary focus is the UK market, you will play a pivotal role in the global marketing squad, sharing best practices and supporting cross-regional campaigns to support global sales strategy.

You will report to the Field Marketing Lead, inside the Demand & Performance marketing team.  Key responsibilities Align with the Enterprise & global sales teams.  Work closely with sales leadership to align the marketing activities to the business needs & organisation, hold business reviews, and participate in sales meetings.

Plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new Enterprise customers and market to existing customers, including integrated campaigns, events, ABM 1to1 programs and digital marketing.

Partner with the relevant marketing teams (Demand Gen, Communications, Product Marketing or Brand) to create demand generation campaigns or localize global campaigns covering all our business in the UK. Establish the calendar of events (both digital and physical) and marketing campaigns, taking into account sales objectives and go-to-market strategies.
