Start your career solving some of the biggest questions in sport and entertainment!

We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business that grows audiences and revenues by understanding fans better than anyone else.

We help the world's leading sports and entertainment organisations answer the questions that drive their growth. Who are their fans – and what makes them tick? How can they reach new audiences? What makes someone buy a ticket, subscribe, engage with content or choose one brand over another? Where is the next commercial opportunity – and what does the data tell us to do about it?

We combine data, technology and commercial thinking to find the answers and turn them into action. Today, more than 1,000 organisations globally trust our platforms and services, including the Premier League, UEFA, the NFL, Red Bull, Visa, Nike and Amazon. We're a team of more than 1,000 people across 15 offices, working with sports and entertainment businesses of every shape and size around the world.

Our

Early Careers Programme

Our Early Careers programme is designed for bright, curious people who want to solve interesting problems and make an impact from the beginning of their careers.

As an Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of data, marketing and commercial strategy. One project might see you digging into millions of fan interactions to uncover an opportunity for growth. Another could have you helping plan and optimise a digital campaign across Meta, Google or Tik Tok. On another, you might be researching the market for potential brand partners and helping shape a sponsorship proposition for a major sports property.

What connects the work is a simple idea: understand fans, find the opportunity, and work out what to do next.

You'll learn to work with data, structure ambiguous problems, communicate your thinking and turn analysis into recommendations that clients can act on. You'll work alongside talented people from different disciplines, take on real responsibility and develop skills that will form the foundations of a career in consulting, marketing and the business of sport and entertainment.

You don't need to arrive with all of those skills. We're looking for the potential to develop them: intellectual curiosity, an appetite for solving problems, comfort with numbers, and the ability to work brilliantly with other people.

If you're fascinated by what makes fans tick, excited by the commercial possibilities of sport and entertainment, and looking for a career where you'll be challenged to think from day one, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do
  • Find the story in the data. Work with fan, ticketing, digital and commercial data to spot patterns, test hypotheses and uncover insights that can help some of the world's leading sports organisations grow their audiences and revenues.
  • Turn insight into action. Go beyond producing analysis. You'll help work out what it means, what our clients should do next, and how we can turn an interesting finding into a clear commercial, marketing or sponsorship strategy.
  • Build, test and improve. Help design and deliver initiatives ranging from fan research and event surveys to digital marketing campaigns, measuring what works and continually looking for ways to make it better.
  • Communicate and influence. Turn complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations, and learn how to present your thinking to colleagues, clients and senior stakeholders. You'll build relationships with people across different disciplines, organisations and markets.
  • Stay curious. Keep asking questions about how sport, entertainment and fandom are changing. You'll explore new platforms, technologies, behaviours and commercial models, and think about what they could mean for…
