You will drive A/B and MVT testing, partner with agencies, and push 1:1 personalisation using AI tools.
This role requires 3+ years managing CRO across multiple channels in the ITCG environment, with strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Hybrid working is offered.
