YIBI Hantang is YIBI Group's brand growth and strategic partnership platform, supporting selected international fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands exploring growth opportunities in China. Our work connects brand strategy, consumer insight, product and category development, localization, partnerships, and market execution.

We are seeking a Project Manager based in London to support selected international brand-growth and China-market projects. The role is suited to professionals who can coordinate multiple work streams, stakeholders, timelines, and approvals while maintaining a clear understanding of brand priorities.

• Coordinate selected international brand and China-market projects.
• Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate brand, strategy, product, market, content, and external-partner work streams.
• Track deliverables, approvals, risks, and key decisions.
• Support communication with international brand teams.
• Maintain clear project documentation and reporting.
• Support category-development, localization, and controlled market-pilot initiatives.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed brand and commercial objectives.

• Experience in project management, program management, brand operations, client services, or related roles.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, luxury, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong organization and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
• Experience working across international markets is valued.
