Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re a new functional drinks brand launching in the UK in spring 2027. The product is ready, the brand is built, and we plan to take the UK by storm.

We come from three generations in the beverage industry, so we know how to make a great drink. What we need now is the person who makes people want it.

The role

You’ll own how the brand looks, sounds and shows up, online and off. That covers our Instagram and Tik Tok, the creators we work with, the places that stock us, and the collaborations and events that put us in front of the right people in London.

This role is about taste above everything. You’ll need a sharp eye and real art direction: knowing exactly how a post, a shoot or an event should look and feel, and holding everyone to that standard. You’ll make a lot of content yourself and direct the team around you on editing, design, paid media creative and community.

You’ll be our first in house marketing hire, reporting to the founder, with real ownership from day one. You will guide our network of external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers, while directly managing an in-house junior team member.

What you’ll be doing Brand and content
  • Setting and protecting the look and voice of the brand everywhere it appears
  • Building our content strategy for Instagram and Tik Tok, with an approach that fits each platform
  • Art directing shoots, content and our Instagram grid, and making plenty of content yourself
  • Directing the creative for our paid social: the angles, hooks and assets we run
Community and performance
  • Setting how we talk to our community, with clear response standards and escalation, and leading the team that manages comments and DMs
  • Tracking what performs and using it to decide what we make next, from organic content to paid creative
Creators, collaborations and events
  • Briefing and reviewing creator content: personas, hooks and volume
  • Turning the cafés, venues and brands we work with into campaigns and events worth filming, then running them
  • Building relationships with run clubs, studios and communities that fit the brand
  • Choosing who gets our product first, and growing that into an ambassador programme from the ground up
  • Plugging in bigger names when they come on board, and protecting the brand in those deals
Supporting the places that stock us
  • Creating social campaigns around launches with key accounts
  • Running an ongoing programme of content that champions the independent cafés and shops that stock us
  • Bringing new flavour launches to life on social
What we’re looking for
  • A portfolio that shows taste: content you made or art directed and are proud of
  • A track record of platform-specific content on Instagram and Tik Tok that measurably grew reach or engagement
  • Experience creating and running brand collaborations or live events, not just posting about them
  • Experience creating content or activations within physical retail spaces, cafés, or venues
  • Hands‑on shooting and editing short‑form video
  • Experience briefing creators or influencers, from first contact through to delivery
  • Experience managing community at pace, including response standards and escalation
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one junior team member
  • Around 3 to 5 years in social or content at a consumer brand or creative agency. Food and drink, wellness, fashion or lifestyle is a plus
  • You live on Tik Tok and Instagram and know London culture well: cafés, run clubs, nightlife, fashion
  • You brief clearly, give direct feedback, and say no when something isn’t good enough
  • You’re organised, and comfortable reading performance numbers and acting on them
  • It helps if you’ve produced events before.
What you get
  • The chance to build a brand’s world from zero as our first marketing hire
  • Real ownership of the brand on social, with direct access to the founder
  • A salary of £50,000 to £70,000, with equity potential
  • A small, ambitious team where your work is visible from day one
