Senior CRM Executive

The Senior CRM Executive will take ownership of audience segmentation, CRM campaign execution and automated customer journeys, helping deliver the right communications to the right people at the right time. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who combines technical expertise with curiosity, creativity and the drive to continually improve.

• Build and refine segmented contact lists, using customer data to deliver more relevant communications to different audiences.
• Develop and optimise automated customer journeys, including onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation campaigns.
• Build, edit, test and deploy HTML emails, ensuring every campaign meets quality standards and reaches the intended audience.
• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM platforms to improve targeting, personalisation and campaign delivery.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement and introduce ideas that strengthen customer engagement.

• Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), alongside an understanding of CRM campaign execution.
• Strong HTML email skills, with the confidence to edit, troubleshoot and test email templates.
• Experience with audience segmentation, contact list management and automated customer journeys.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the organisation to manage multiple campaigns, competing deadlines and quality checks.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset, a hunger to learn and the confidence to suggest new approaches and solve problems collaboratively.

• Up to £47,000 base salary plus a 10% bonus, rewarding your contribution and performance.
