Content & Social Media Manager – Luxury Fashion

We are partnering with a growing luxury fashion and lifestyle brand to appoint a creative and commercially minded Content & Social Manager to take ownership of its organic content, storytelling and social media presence.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who has a strong creative eye, a passion for content and the ability to bring a Founder's vision and personality to life across social platforms.

• Work closely with the Founder to create engaging, authentic content that reflects the brand's identity and lifestyle
• Own the organic social strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest and other emerging platforms
• Film, edit and produce high-quality, social-first content
• Develop creative concepts, storytelling ideas and engaging content series
• Manage content calendars, publishing schedules and social media activity
• Help launch and grow new channels, including Tik Tok, Pinterest and Substack
• Build audience engagement, brand awareness and a loyal online community
• Support influencer relationships and collaborations
• Monitor social performance and use insights to improve engagement and growth
• Work closely with creative, product and marketing teams to support launches and wider brand objectives

We are looking for someone with strong content creation, social media and storytelling experience gained within luxury fashion, premium lifestyle or consumer brands.

You’ll need to be highly creative, proactive and commercially aware, with excellent filming, editing and copywriting skills. You should be confident working directly with a Founder and comfortable taking ownership of both content creation and social strategy.
