Digital marketing manager for data and AI

Thought Spot is a Data & AI platform that helps companies turn data into enterprise advantage. We're looking for the person to build and scale digital growth for EMEA. You'll join an incredible, fast-growing EMEA and global marketing team, working closely with EMEA sales and marketing leadership and backed by Thought Spot's central content, brand, and demand generation functions.

• Own EMEA digital growth. Define the channel strategy across web, paid media, SEO, and AI-search for the region, including our key growth regions in DACH and France.
• Run paid media. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, and programmatic. Test constantly. Double down on what works. Win organic and AI-search. Build EMEA's SEO foundation and make sure Thought Spot shows up where buyers now search including AI-powered discovery and answer engines.
• Build pipeline, not just traffic. Own EMEA's digital contribution to pipeline and work directly with sales to make sure digital-sourced leads convert.
• Localize the story. Work with product marketing to make Thought Spot's positioning land for EMEA buyers, industries, and languages across every digital channel.
• Build the digital growth playbook. Turn what works in EMEA into a repeatable model the rest of the business can learn from.

• You have 5+ years in growth or digital marketing, with hands-on ownership of paid media and SEO, not just oversight of an agency.
• You understand how AI-search and answer engines are changing how buyers discover vendors, and you're already adapting for it.
• You understand what makes EMEA buyers different language, compliance, buying cycles not just a copy of the US digital motion.
• You can run a channel end to end: strategy, execution, measurement, iteration.
• Empowerment plus accountability is how you operate.
• You don't wait to be told what to do. You'd rather ship something 70% right today than wait for perfect next month momentum compounds.
• You work for the customer, not the campaign. If it doesn't move the needle for the people Thought Spot serves, it's noise.
• Comfortably and confidently integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflow to increase productivity and quality.
• Hands-on experience to leverage AI tools (industry-leading LLMs) to increase productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve work quality.
• Speak to the experience of using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining ownership of judgment and final decisions.
• Write effective prompts to get the most accurate and creative results from AI tools.
• Curiosity in exploring new AI tools Adaptability to quickly learn and implement new, emerging AI technologies Critical thinking to know when to identify when AI should be used versus when human judgement is necessary

Spotters are expected in-office 3+ days per week to be part of the energy of their local team. Being in-office is our default way of working, with flexibility available where it's genuinely needed. Training and resources are provided so every Spotter can confidently create with AI.
