• Build and shape a creative function, with genuine autonomy from day one.
• Share ideas and results with the CEO and CFO in weekly performance reviews.

• Turn customer insight and results into briefs, test iterations and fresh concepts.
• Report on creative performance and recommend next steps to senior leaders.
• Manage the agencies, freelancers and tools that support production.

• Background leading creative strategy at a growing consumer brand, ideally with a paid social focus
• Hands-on experience of scaling creative across substantial and continuous Meta spend
• Comfortable with performance data, with a sharp eye for what makes an ad work
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
• You must have a Paid Social focus in your work.
• And a hands on attitude with a desire to keep learning!
