We're partnering with a fast-scaling consumer brand to find an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment — the business has strong product-market fit and is ready to invest seriously in brand and growth. You'll own the full marketing function, set the strategic direction and build a world-class team around you.
What You'll Do- Define and own the brand strategy, positioning and long-term marketing vision
- Lead performance, content, CRM and brand teams across the full funnel
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value at scale
- Work closely with the CEO and board to align marketing with commercial objectives
- Build and develop a high-performing marketing organisation
- Proven CMO or VP Marketing experience in a consumer or DTC environment
- Track record of scaling brands through both performance and brand-led marketing
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to operate at board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Creative sensibility combined with a data-driven approach
