We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, Tik Tok, and The White Company.

We’re looking for energetic Jr. Social Content Creator who is passionate about creating fast, fun, and trend-led social content. You’ll be hands-on, filming and editing short-form videos for social presence. This role is all about being a doer and a maker - coming up with ideas in the morning, shooting by midday, and posting by the afternoon.

You don’t need to be a polished advertising graduate; we want fresh, creative minds who live and breathe Tik Tok culture, are confident on camera, and can work quickly and reactively to produce engaging content.

Your role will involve concepting, shooting, editing (using tools like Cap Cut or in-app editors), and working collaboratively with the client team to keep the content fresh, reactive, and aligned with brand guidelines. You’ll have access to a vast library of assets to inspire and support your work, and you’ll embrace a test-and-learn mindset where trying new ideas and learning from what doesn’t work is part of the process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Generate quick, trend-led organic social content ideas that resonate with the clients audience and culture

Shoot and edit short-form videos independently, using tools like Cap Cut or in-app editors

React rapidly to social trends, creating and posting content within tight time frames

Collaborate closely with the team and clients, presenting ideas clearly and confidently

Travel to locations for content shoots and brand activations

Manage and utilise a large brand asset library to inspire and support content creation

Maintain brand guidelines while experimenting with creative formats

Embrace a “doer and maker” mindset by prioritising action, ideation, and learning from content performance

Support the production of high volumes of engaging, snackable social content on a daily basisWHAT YOU'LL BRING Passion for Tik Tok, Reels and short-form video content creation, with hands-on experience editing using apps like Cap Cut or similar

Ability to generate quick, trend-led, and reactive social content ideas that resonate with Gen Z and wider audiences

Comfortable filming and presenting on camera with confidence and authenticity

Experience managing or creating content for personal or brand Tik Tok/Instagram accounts as a portfolio alternative

Strong creative instincts combined with a maker mindset, ready to produce and post content rapidly

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple shoots and content trips, including travel to locations like airports and European destinations

High attention to brand guidelines and creative tenets, balancing creativity with strategic brand alignment
