We are hiring an Account Director to lead media planning for two globally recognised clients,
Meta and Ralph Lauren. You’ll shape integrated campaigns, turn insight into clear strategic direction and bring UK and global teams together around high-quality work. This is an opportunity to combine media craft, commercial thinking and collaborative leadership in a supportive planning team. You’ll also help colleagues develop while building trusted relationships across the wider Publicis network.

• Lead campaign planning and implementation across Meta and Ralph Lauren, maintaining quality and consistency throughout the year.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients, day-to-day stakeholders, investment teams and specialist partners.
• Translate campaign performance and detailed data into clear insights, recommendations and opportunities for growth.
• Guide clients through the role of different media channels within an integrated communications strategy.
• Partner with global and local-market teams to align strategies, media guidelines and campaign delivery.
• Manage priorities and workflows across the account, creating effective ways of working for the wider team.
• Support Account Managers and Executives through clear direction, constructive feedback and ongoing development.

• Experience in client servicing or account management within a media agency environment.
• Broad knowledge of traditional and digital media, with the judgement to connect channel choices to client objectives.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to present recommendations with confidence and diplomacy.
• Strong relationship-building skills across clients, markets, disciplines and levels of seniority.
• An organised and adaptable approach, with close attention to quality, priorities and deadlines.
• A collaborative leadership style that helps colleagues contribute, develop and succeed.
