Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with an established iGaming business looking to hire a Performance Marketing Lead to drive paid acquisition, traffic growth and commercial performance across its affiliate portfolio.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands how to acquire high-quality traffic, scale campaigns profitably and turn performance data into revenue within the online gambling sector.

• Own and scale paid acquisition strategies across an iGaming affiliate portfolio, including casino and sports book comparison and review websites.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across paid social, programmatic, native advertising and other paid traffic channels.
• Manage acquisition budgets, focusing on CPA, ROAS, ROI and overall campaign profitability.
• Identify new traffic sources, evaluate advertising partners and negotiate commercial deals to support sustainable growth.
• Analyse campaign performance, conversion rates and player acquisition data to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Work closely with internal marketing, content, analytics and commercial teams to maximise traffic quality and revenue.
• Lead and support media buying activity, ensuring campaigns deliver against performance targets.

• Proven experience in performance marketing, paid media or media buying within an iGaming affiliate business

• A strong understanding of online casino, sports book and gambling acquisition.
• Experience scaling paid traffic to affiliate, comparison or review websites.
• Strong commercial understanding of CPA, ROAS, ROI and acquisition economics.
• Experience managing media budgets and optimising campaigns across multiple paid channels.
• A data-driven approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Previous leadership or ownership of performance marketing and media buying activity.

Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

Experience with mobile user acquisition, DSPs, programmatic advertising and US gambling markets would be particularly valuable.
