Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Greater London

Laundryheap is a global on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning service, collecting and delivering to customers' doors in as little as 24 hours. We operate across the UK, France, the Netherlands, Singapore, Dubai, USA and 11 more countries serving both consumers and businesses. Growth is driven by efficient customer acquisition, and marketing sits at the centre of that.

Role purpose

We have strong channel leaders in acquisition and in SEO & content. What we need now is someone who sits across both, turns their work into a single, data-driven growth plan, and makes sure it gets delivered.

You will own the numbers that tell us whether marketing is working: the targets, the measurement, the reporting and the experimentation roadmap. You will run the performance rhythm of the team, surface where we are over- or under-investing, and push for faster, evidence-based decisions. You lead through data and influence, not through channel ownership or line management.

Key responsibilities Growth planning and accountability
  • Build and maintain the integrated marketing growth plan across channels and markets, aligned with the CXO and Finance.
  • Run the weekly and monthly marketing performance rhythm: what moved, why, and what we do next.
  • Track delivery against targets across both teams, flag risks early and push for action.
  • Identify gaps between channels, such as funnel drop-off, landing page conversion or lifecycle, and drive fixes with the right owners.
Measurement, data and attribution
  • Own the marketing single source of truth: dashboards, definitions and data quality across markets.
  • Define and run the attribution approach, including incrementality tests, geo tests and holdouts.
  • Work with Product and Engineering on tracking, and with Finance on CAC, LTV, payback and spend forecasting.
  • Reconcile platform-reported results with first-party and finance data.
Budget and investment
  • Build the cross-channel budget model and recommend where the next pound, rupee or dirham should go.
  • Evaluate channel efficiency and diminishing returns, and bring clear reallocation cases to the CXO.
Experimentation and ways of working
  • Own the cross-channel experimentation roadmap, test standards and shared learning log.
  • Raise data maturity across marketing through frameworks, tooling and coaching.
  • Coordinate cross-functional growth work with Product, Operations and CRM.
Essential experience and skills
  • 7+ years in performance, growth or marketing analytics roles, including hands-on paid acquisition experience.
  • Experience working across multiple channels, including paid and organic, in a multi-market business.
  • Proven ability to drive results through influence across senior peers, without relying on line authority.
  • Experience in a consumer, on-demand, marketplace, subscription or app-based business.
  • Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel or Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Solid grasp of tracking and attribution: GA4, UTMs, Conversions API, MMPs, and the impact of privacy changes.
  • Working knowledge of incrementality methods and, ideally, marketing mix modelling.
  • Commercial fluency in unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin and cohort analysis.
  • Clear communicator who turns data into decisions for senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
  • Background spanning paid social, paid search and SEO performance.
  • CRM, lifecycle or conversion rate optimisation experience.
  • Exposure to the Middle East, South or Southeast Asia, or continental Europe.
  • Python or R for analysis and automation.
  • Experience in a growth, marketing operations or chief-of-staff style role.
Who you are
  • Numbers first. You let the data decide, even when it contradicts instinct.
  • Constructively challenging. You push senior peers for pace and rigour, with evidence and without drama.
  • Low ego, high ownership. You care about the outcome, not the credit, and you do not need to own a channel to drive results.
  • Systems thinker. You see how channels interact and where the real constraint sits.
  • Hands-on. You build the model or dashboard yourself when needed.
  • Collaborative. You work well across time zones and functions.
What we offer
  • A central role in how marketing plans, measures and decides across six markets.
  • Direct access to leadership and real influence on investment decisions.
  • Clear scope to grow into wider growth leadership.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • A fast-moving, international team.
