Job Description & How to Apply Below
We're looking for an exceptional Creative Designer to join our growing creative team. You'll work closely with the Head of Creative and Marketing Director to develop compelling visual concepts across OOH campaigns, brand content, social media, and marketing collateral - helping bring client and internal brand stories to life.
Key Responsibilities- Design creative assets for DOOH, digital, and social campaigns from concept through to final delivery
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative, planners, and account teams to translate briefs into strong visual ideas
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across R4 and client-facing materials
- Produce motion and static content for pitches, campaigns, and internal marketing
- Present and pitch creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients
- Stay on top of design trends, DOOH formats, and industry best practice
- Proven experience as a designer, ideally within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range across digital, motion, and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); motion design skills a plus
- Understanding of DOOH or outdoor advertising formats is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
- A collaborative, proactive approach and eye for detail
- The opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns with a growing agency
- Front-row seat on a genuinely ambitious growth period
- Offices in Cardiff, London and other locations, with flexibility on where you're based
- 25 days annual leave, plus UK bank holidays
- Private healthcare is available after the successful completion of probation
- Company pension scheme, with employer contribution
- Company laptop and full working setup provided
- Training and professional development support, aligned to progression
- Regular team and company events
- Wellbeing support, including mental health awareness initiatives
- Flexible working where appropriate, once core responsibilities are embedded
