Brand Designer

The product has a design system. Everything outside it — the marketing site, campaigns, social, decks, the occasional printed thing — needs one owner with a point of view.

That is this role. The brand should feel confident and warm, and never like enterprise software.

The remit:

• Evolve and document the visual identity
• Design site pages, campaign assets and social templates
• Produce illustration and iconography that feels like us
• Make investor and sales decks that stand up to scrutiny
• Keep things consistent as more people start making assets

Four or more years in brand or marketing design, with typography and layout skill you can defend in a critique.

Illustration ability, or a clear point of view on commissioning it. Experience writing guidelines other people can actually follow.

This role is based in London, with most people in two or three days a week. The rest of the company is remote, so you will not be the only person on a video call — but this particular job is better done in a room with other people, and we would rather say that plainly than discover it six months in.

£55,000–£75,000 a year, reviewed every year against the market for where you live, plus share options — everyone here owns a piece of the company.
