Publicis Connected Media is part of Publicis Groupe.  Overview Social & Influencer Strategy Manager Influential UK, Publicis Groupe We are hiring a Social & Influencer Strategy Manager to shape creator-led work for a major beauty and health client. You’ll transform cultural, consumer and platform intelligence into clear strategies that build brand relevance, strengthen consumer trust and support measurable growth.

Collaborating with creative, analytics, activation and account teams, you’ll help connect social, creator, earned and paid activity across a portfolio of brands. This is an opportunity to influence ambitious work while developing trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities What you'll be doing:

Manage integrated social and influencer strategies, from audience research and campaign briefs to creator roles, channel recommendations and measurement.

Turn audience, cultural, category, competitor and platform insights into credible opportunities for brands.

Define how creators support different campaign objectives, linking recommendations to clear and measurable outcomes.

Create persuasive strategic materials, including planning presentations, audience frameworks, creator territories and post-campaign recommendations.

Contribute to client presentations, workshops and planning conversations, making complex strategic thinking clear and actionable.

Shape always-on creator models, ambassador programmes, launches and test-and-learn plans across multiple brands.

Collaborate with analytics, paid social, creative, influencer activation and account teams to improve campaign performance and inform future work.

Qualifications Skills we're looking for:

Experience developing social, influencer, creator, content or communications strategy within an agency, platform or brand environment.

Knowledge of beauty, personal care, wellbeing, health or related consumer lifestyle categories.

A strong understanding of creator ecosystems, social platforms, cultural trends and the relationship between paid and organic activity.

The ability to turn research, data and observations into focused strategic narratives and practical recommendations.

Experience using social listening, creator discovery, audience intelligence or performance data to inform strategy and optimisation.

Clear writing and presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate recommendations to clients and colleagues.

A collaborative, audience-first approach, alongside an interest in contributing to pitches, organic growth and thought leadership.
