Senior Marketing Associate - Demand Generation

Skills and Competencies 3+ years of experience executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across two or more of the following channels;

email, paid media, social media, content syndication, webinars, and events, delivering measurable lead, pipeline, and revenue outcomes

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hub Spot, Pardot, Mailchimp or similar, including campaign build, launch, audience segmentation, workflow management, and optimization

Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead nurturing, and customer journey execution, using data-driven approaches to improve engagement, lead quality, and campaign performance

Experience in B2B marketing, experience within  financial services, data and analytics, or technology, is preferable but not essential  Exceptional attention to detail, with experience conducting quality assurance across emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, links, and other campaign assets to ensure a high-quality customer experience and regulatory compliance

Experience analyzing campaign, engagement, conversion, and pipeline metrics to identify optimization opportunities, improve performance, and support business growth

Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, vendors, and Sales and Marketing teams simultaneously

Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges, with a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline

Equivalent professional marketing qualifications /or relevant industry experience will also be considered Responsibilities Support the execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue across Moody’sSupport the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns aligned to business, sales, and marketing priorities

Build and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, social media, webinars, content syndication, and events

Configure and launch campaigns within marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, personalization, workflows, and scheduling

Build and activate targeted audiences using data-driven segmentation and customer insights

Support lead nurture programs and customer journey execution across key lifecycle stages
