We're a premium family members' club where children are welcome exactly as they are and parents have space to breathe. Food and drink, play, fitness & wellness, cr che, workspace and community - all under one roof, designed for real family life: the busy bits, the emotional bits, the joyful bits.

With two Houses today and five more opening across London in 2027, we're growing fast and we're looking for a Social Media Manager to tell our story as we do.

THE ROLE You'll own Our House social end to end. You'll set the strategy, plan the calendar, and then pick up the camera and create, shooting, editing and posting from inside our Houses so families can see exactly what life at Our House feels like. You'll lead social for every new House launch, from first teaser to opening day. Meta is our biggest channel today, but we want someone who knows the whole social landscape and will tell us where we should go next.

You'll report to our Marketing Director and work with a freelance photographer. HOW YOU'LL BRING OUR VALUES TO LIFE For the Family You'll create content for real families, capturing the moments that make Our House feel like home. The Little Things You know a great post lives in the details: the light, the caption, the timing, the moment you almost missed.

It Takes a Village

You'll work with our Partnerships lead, Membership and House teams - from F&B to Kids Club to Fitness & Wellness, to find the stories worth telling, and build an online community that feels as welcoming as our Houses. Grow with Purpose You'll move fast, test and learn, and use data to decide what works, growing our channels as we grow our Houses.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Owning the social strategy and content calendar across the Our House brand and every House Creating short-form video, reels, stories and photography on site, and directing our freelance photographer Bringing club life, programming and membership to life on social Leading social for five House openings in 2027 Bringing brand partnerships and creator collaborations to life on our channels Managing our community and growing engagement through strong organic content Supporting paid social as it develops, and reporting on what's working ABOUT YOU You've created social content for physical places
-hotels, restaurants, clubs, fitness, travel or lifestyle brands You shoot and edit yourself, and your portfolio shows it You know Meta inside out and have strong views on Tik Tok, Linked In and emerging platforms You're a self-starter who's happy owning a channel as a team of one You understand that filming in a family members' club takes discretion and care You're happy to cover some evenings and weekends for events and openings Paid social experience is a bonus WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary, shared at first conversation Private medical insurance and life assurance Our House family membership Real development and growth in a fast-scaling group We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences.
