Opportunity for an experienced Paid Social Strategist to join a leading independent performance marketing agency, supporting a major B2B & B2C CPG brand.

The role offers the opportunity to own full-funnel Paid Social strategy, combining creative testing, audience development, measurement and automation to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

• Experts across Retail Media, CPG, eCommerce, Paid Media and Streaming/CTV
• Technology-led environment focused on automation, scalability, efficiency and data-driven decision making.

• Lead Paid Social strategy across Meta and Tik Tok, with exposure to Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit.
• Develop and optimise prospecting, retargeting and customer loyalty campaigns.
• Use creative insights, audience signals and structured testing to improve performance.
• Leverage automation, AI-driven insights and measurement tools to scale successful campaigns.
• Work closely with Creative, Analytics and Client Leadership teams to deliver measurable business results.

• Paid Social experience, particularly across Meta and Tik Tok.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy, creative testing and performance measurement.
• Experience connecting media performance to revenue, CAC and ROAS.
• A confident communicator who can turn data into actionable recommendations.
