• Minimum five years in a senior business role in China or with a Chinese‑managed company.
• Experience with philanthropy, CSR, business development, or fundraising in Asia preferred.
• Deep understanding of Chinese business culture and relationship networks.
• Strong communicator, able to advise and train senior team members.
• Passion for social impact and sustainable growth.

Lead Action Change’s China & Asia philanthropy strategy, building high-level relationships with philanthropists, corporates, and foundations. Advise senior leadership on Chinese business culture, governance, and partnership models. Represent the organisation externally, support senior meetings, and create a pipeline of funding opportunities. Deliver a scalable roadmap for long‑term growth and establish initial philanthropic relationships in the region.
