Civitas Recruitment Ltd is working with a distinguished Diocese based in Westminster. This faith-based charity is among the leading Catholic Dioceses in the UK, supporting its charitable mission through a network of 208 schools, 212 parishes, and numerous social justice initiatives.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of three major annual appeals:
The Cardinal’s Appeal, The Priest Training Fund Appeal, and The Sick & Retired Priests Appeal. The role involves managing associated events, ensuring effective promotion and engagement, and supporting additional fundraising activities. This is a hybrid, full-time, permanent position based in Westminster.
Ideal candidates will have experience in fundraising, event management, or marketing, with strong project management skills. Proficiency in data analysis, CRM systems, and relationship building with donors and prospects is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
