Community Fundraiser

This is a varied, creative role where your ideas won’t sit in a drawer, they’ll power events, campaigns and stories that genuinely matter across the UK.

• £28,000 – £32,000 salary (pro rata for part‑time hours)
• Hybrid working – split your time between home and the London office (SW1V 2ST
  )
• Full‑time (37.5 hours) or part‑time (30 hours) options
• Time off in lieu for occasional evening and weekend work

• Managing and growing a portfolio of challenge events to increase income
• Coordinating national campaigns and community‑led fundraising activities
• Creating engaging digital content to drive supporter engagement
• Developing and stewarding supporter relationships that lead to repeat fundraising
• Showcasing community stories that strengthen emotional connection and reach
• Supporting additional income streams, including small‑scale corporate partnerships as the role evolves

• Previous experience building and managing external relationships (fundraising, sales or customer‑facing roles)
• Experience coordinating events, campaigns or community initiatives
• Strong written communication skills, including digital and social media content
• Experience managing multiple projects and tracking activity effectively
• Exposure to supporter journeys, stewardship activity or income growth initiatives

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week (full‑time) or 30 hours per week (part‑time). Some occasional evening and weekend work required, with time off in lieu provided.
