Whats In It For You- £28,000 – £32,000 salary (pro rata for part‑time hours)
- Hybrid working – split your time between home and the London office (SW1V 2ST
) - Full‑time (37.5 hours) or part‑time (30 hours) options

- Coordinating national campaigns and community‑led fundraising activities
- Creating engaging digital content to drive supporter engagement
- Developing and stewarding supporter relationships that lead to repeat fundraising
- Showcasing community stories that strengthen emotional connection and reach
- Supporting additional income streams, including small‑scale corporate partnerships as the role evolves
- Previous experience building and managing external relationships (fundraising, sales or customer‑facing roles)
- Experience coordinating events, campaigns or community initiatives
- Strong written communication skills, including digital and social media content
- Experience managing multiple projects and tracking activity effectively
- Exposure to supporter journeys, stewardship activity or income growth initiatives
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week (full‑time) or 30 hours per week (part‑time). Some occasional evening and weekend work required, with time off in lieu provided.
