Role SummaryWe are seeking a committed and spiritually mature Minister of Religion to provide pastoral leadership, teaching, discipleship, and spiritual oversight to our congregation and ministry departments.
Key Duties (Daily/Weekly)- Preach and teach the Word of God during services and programmes
- Lead Bible study, prayer meetings, and discipleship sessions
- Provide pastoral counselling and spiritual guidance
- Conduct home visits, hospital visits, and welfare support where needed
- Support evangelism and outreach activities
- Assist with church planning, administration, and reporting
- Mentor church workers and volunteers
- Evidence of Christian ministry training (Bible School/Theological certificate)
- Demonstrable pastoral experience
- Strong knowledge of Christian doctrine and church ministry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to the mission and values of Eternal Life Ministries International
