Position: Femight Ambassador

FeMight is an award-winning social business on a mission to bridge the confidence gap through mentorship, coaching, networking, and community support. Role Description

The FeMight London Ambassador (London-based) is a part-time role responsible for representing FeMight within local communities, with a focus on outreach and engagement in London. You will be FeMight's face and driving force in London, promoting events and programs, welcoming and guiding attendees at workshops and networking sessions, and helping facilitate introductions among members. The Ambassador will support local event logistics, gather feedback from participants, and share insights with the FeMight team to improve programming and member experience.

The role also involves building relationships with partner organizations, universities, and community groups to expand FeMight’s presence and attract new members. Ambassadors serve as positive, inclusive role models who embody FeMight’s values of support, respect, and empowerment.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and community-building skills, with the ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Event support and coordination capabilities, including organizing small gatherings, assisting with logistics, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated commitment to gender equity, inclusion, and empowerment, and comfort facilitating conversations on these topics.
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage part-time responsibilities alongside other commitments.
  • Previous experience in leadership, community organizing, advocacy, or ambassadorship roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media and basic digital tools to help promote events and share community updates.
