Location: Greater London
The Martingale Foundation is looking for a Policy Manager to drive monitoring, insight, and evaluation for postgraduate access initiatives. A successful candidate will manage stakeholder engagement and develop compelling policy positions to enhance affordability and outcomes in higher education.
With responsibilities spanning policy tracking to evidence generation, this role offers significant autonomy and the chance to influence key stakeholders within UK education. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in policy and research, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting postgraduate students from low-socioeconomic backgrounds.
