About WWF-UKWWF is one of the world's leading independent conservation organisations, working in nearly 100 countries to help build a future in which people and nature thrive. WWF-UK's work spans wildlife protection, climate action, sustainable food systems and ocean conservation, combining scientific expertise with advocacy and on-the-ground action.
About the roleThe Impact Committee supports the Board of Trustees in overseeing the effectiveness, quality and integrity of WWF-UK's conservation and impact work. Committee Members bring independent scrutiny and expert insight to help ensure the organisation's programmes deliver real, measurable change.
This is a part-time role, with an initial term of three years. The position is unremunerated, although reasonable expenses will be paid.
Desired professional experienceWWF-UK is seeking candidates who can offer senior experience in one or more of the following areas:
- International business
- International politics and policy
- External communications
- Brand and positioning
- Safeguarding and risk
- International development and conservation
- Artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
