The Royal Academy of Dance invites applications for a Philanthropy Manager to lead a high‑value portfolio of individual major donors and grow our major gifts income to support our global mission. You will work with the Fundraising and Development team and collaborate with events to oversee Patrons’ Circle and five‑year growth plans.
You will cultivate relationships, present compelling cases for support to senior stakeholders, ensure GDPR compliance, and promote a positive fundraising culture
