Location: Greater London
Freedom from Torture is seeking an Organisational Wellbeing Lead to develop and implement the wellbeing strategy across the organisation. The role works with senior leaders to design initiatives, training products, and evaluate impact within a trauma-informed, human rights context.
The post holder will drive organisation-wide engagement on wellbeing, share best practice with the sector, and help embed sustainable wellbeing practices across teams in a London-based, office-based role.
