The Industrial Voices programme recruits, trains and mentors industrial workers to produce their own impactful content that champions solidarity-based narratives and demands-as a counterweight to digital narratives driving division and hate.

The TUC is looking for a dynamic and highly organised individual to help us rapidly scale up the programme, including

* managing day-to-day project management and coordination of the programme

* helping expand and deliver our training package

* Building a vibrant community of industrial worker programme participants.

You’ll be working with other colleagues on the Industrial Voices Programme, including the project lead in the Socials Team and the Save British Industry Organiser in the Organising team. You’ll be based in the TUC’s Industry, Climate & Energy team, and collaborate with the New Economy Organisers Network (NEON) which partners with the TUC on this

project.
