Salary: £12,400 pro‑rated based on 14 hours per week.

14 hours per week.
Location:
Home‑based.
Contract:
6‑month fixed‑term.
Reports to:
Volunteering Specialist.
Visa sponsorship:
You must be eligible to work in the UK. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship.
- Support the delivery of centralised volunteering activity and business‑as‑usual initiatives that enhance volunteer experience and organisational efficiency.
- Produce, maintain and improve volunteering resources, guidance and tools for colleagues across the organisation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes and support proposition objectives.
- Provide expert advice and support on volunteering‑related matters across the organisation.
- Ensure volunteering activity complies with relevant legislation and the organisation’s policies and procedures.
- Champion equality, diversity and inclusion across all volunteering activity.
- Experience delivering a project, programme of work or defined area of responsibility.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience using insight, feedback or data to identify improvements and enhance audience or volunteer experiences.
- Strong communication skills, including presenting information and writing proposals or business cases.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- A proactive, curious and solution‑focused approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
