Salary: £12,400 pro‑rated based on 14 hours per week.

6‑month fixed‑term.

Reports to:

Volunteering Specialist.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of centralised volunteering activity and business‑as‑usual initiatives that enhance volunteer experience and organisational efficiency.
Produce, maintain and improve volunteering resources, guidance and tools for colleagues across the organisation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes and support proposition objectives.
Provide expert advice and support on volunteering‑related matters across the organisation.
Ensure volunteering activity complies with relevant legislation and the organisation’s policies and procedures.
Champion equality, diversity and inclusion across all volunteering activity.

Qualifications & experience

Experience delivering a project, programme of work or defined area of responsibility.
Proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
Experience using insight, feedback or data to identify improvements and enhance audience or volunteer experiences.
Strong communication skills, including presenting information and writing proposals or business cases.
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
A proactive, curious and solution‑focused approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
