We're looking for a gifted and visionary Rising Generations Lead to join our team and help shape the future of our intergenerational church.

This is far more than a children's or youth ministry role. Working closely with the Senior Leader, you will provide spiritual leadership, develop volunteers, equip parents, build relationships with schools and the wider community, and help cultivate a culture of generational discipleship where every generation intentionally encourages and invests in the next.

Jubilee Church is a generous, Spirit filled and Kingdom minded Church with deep charismatic and evangelical roots that has been serving Bromley, south-east London, for over 100 years. We are part of the Pioneer family of churches and a founding member of Transform Bromley Borough, working alongside churches and community partners to bring hope across our borough.

We're looking for someone who loves Jesus wholeheartedly, values the authority of Scripture and the work of the Holy Spirit, enjoys developing others, is collaborative and excited to help children and young people flourish.
