Salary: £35,500–£39,587 per annum

Location: London – Hybrid (3 days in Barnet, 2 days from home)

We are delighted to be working with a leading charity to recruit a Supporter Engagement Manager into their growing Public Fundraising team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead on delivering and developing the Individual Giving programme, driving both supporter acquisition and retention across a range of channels including digital campaigns, lottery, appeals, and events.

You’ll play a key role in shaping supporter engagement strategy, managing budgets and performance, and working collaboratively across the organisation to grow sustainable income. To be successful as the Supporter Engagement Manager, you will need:

• Demonstrable experience delivering successful Individual Giving and supporter stewardship programmes
• Experience planning and executing digital fundraising campaigns (acquisition and/or retention)
• Strong experience managing budgets and analysing performance
• Excellent organisational skills and experience working with CRM systems and supporter segmentation
