Location: Greater London
Royal Mencap Society in Sutton Me Time programme is seeking a Relief Community Inclusion Facilitator to join our enthusiastic team. You will help deliver a range of direct individual and group activities for people with a learning disability, and support access to local community opportunities.
You will work flexibly across different locations and projects, helping people to make choices, participate in plans, and maintain safety and wellbeing.
