Location: Greater London
RIBA is hiring a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist (maternity cover) to lead the organisation's diversity and inclusion strategy. The role focuses on improving colleagues' experience, embedding equity in all work and building a more inclusive profession.
The successful candidate will drive initiatives, manage projects across teams, and collaborate with volunteers, senior leaders and external partners, with an understanding or interest in the built environment.
