Day in, day out. Were now looking for a Philanthropy & Investment Lead to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role offers hybrid working with two days per week in our London office. The Benefits

The Role As the Philanthropy & Investment Lead, you will lead our new Philanthropy Pilot, turning an ambitious idea for increasing giving and community action into a successful and scalable proposition. You will take ownership of the Pilots development, delivery and evaluation, co-ordinating activity across the Foundation and working closely with Lloyds Banking Group and other partners to manage risk, develop propositions and embed clear measures of impact.

Alongside this, you will help shape a minimum viable product for digital giving through the Lloyds Bank app, while developing relationships with clients and partners to unlock greater giving and strengthen our role in philanthropy. Additionally, you will:

- Oversee commissioned support, agreements and contracts
- Lead the adoption of fundraising compliance policies and standards
- Develop recommendations for the future of the Pilot based on its learning
- Represent us in philanthropy forums and partnerships
- Share the Pilots progress and learning through internal and external communications About You To be considered as our Philanthropy & Investment Lead, you will need:

- Fundraising or philanthropy management experience
- Experience in the development, management and control of budgets and financial plans
- Experience commissioning work, managing contracts and freelancers
- Comprehensive project design and project management skills
- Excellent leadership skills
