Location: Greater London
Ada Lovelace Institute in London (Farringdon) seeks a Head of Operations and Strategic Development for maternity cover. This 35-hour role offers hybrid working and oversees budgeting, governance, HR, IT, and policy development to ensure organisational sustainability.
You will sit on the Senior Leadership Team, support Co-Directors, and drive strategy, reporting and funder relationships during the maternity period, starting Oct/Nov 2026.
