We are a UK charity with a global remit. Our vision is of a world in which our human population lives fairly and sustainably with nature and each other. As we enter an exciting new phase of growth and influence, we’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Partnership and Impact Specialist to build trusted relationships with civil society and grassroots partners, amplify their leadership, and help translate Population Matters’ evidence, advocacy insights and learning into meaningful influence and impact.
Aboutthe Role
This role sits within our Advocacy and Influence Team and will play a central part in delivering our Empower to Plan programme and wider organisational strategy. You will identify, develop and sustain strategic partnerships with civil society organisations, particularly grassroots organisations in the Global South and Global North, co-creating approaches that strengthen partner objectives and Population Matters’ evidence-based advocacy.
You will also lead our organisational Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) work, ensuring insights are captured, shared and embedded across our goals to strengthen impact. While managing the Partnerships and Impact Officer, and working collaboratively across research, advocacy, communications and fundraising, you will turn partner intelligence and learning into compelling case studies, briefings, proposals and influencing opportunities, supporting grassroots partners to strengthen their influence in local, national, regional and global decision-making forums.
