Job Description

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We believe everyone should have the foundation of a safe, affordable home.

Location

Hybrid from our London office, E1, with the requirement to travel as needed. We are open to a range of flexible working options, in line with Crisis' Hybrid Working Policy.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Crisis' Philanthropy & Development team at a pivotal time, helping to create outstanding experiences for some of our most committed supporters. As Stewardship Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality stewardship and engagement activity that builds strong relationships with high-value donors, trusts, foundations and other supporters whose generosity helps power Crisis' mission to end homelessness.

About

you
  • You're highly organised and enjoy coordinating multiple projects, work streams or communications activities, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You have experience working in fundraising, supporter engagement, customer service or another relationship-focused environment where attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.
  • You're a confident communicator who can produce clear, accurate and engaging written content for a range of audiences.
  • You are comfortable working with databases and systems, maintaining high-quality records and using data to support planning, delivery and reporting.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while also taking ownership of your own work.
  • You're proactive, solutions-focused and able to anticipate needs, identify priorities and support others effectively.
  • Above all, you're motivated by Crisis' mission and values and want to play your part in ending homelessness.
