Are you excited to make a difference to local residents and communities? We are seeking a Co‑ordinator to deliver services and activities in priority estates and schemes across our North London region, covering Hackney, Islington and Tower Hamlets.

Reporting to the Community Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for delivering local action plans and programmes for community partnership activities in priority estates, schemes and locations, as part of our wider Place and Community Statement.

This is a hybrid 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work with partners to promote and deliver social, environmental and economic well‑being activities, designing interventions that have measurable impacts on residents' satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co‑operate with local authorities and community voluntary sector partners to achieve place and community objectives.
  • Develop ways of valuing the voice and experience of residents and use this to shape local plans and priorities.
  • Plan, run and coordinate community partnership projects, ensuring measurable impact for Southern Housing residents.

Requirements:

  • Experience building community partnership projects that improve finances, job prospects, health, wellbeing and sense of pride in place.
  • Good understanding of running community projects with resident groups, local authorities and CVS partner agencies.
  • Knowledge of social impact and operational services for young people support, health and wellbeing services, community services, charity activities, community assets or social enterprise management.
  • Demonstrable experience working within multi‑agency project teams.
  • Experience in resident/community involvement and promotional campaigns.
