An exciting opportunity to join Islington Council'sNeighbourhood and Voluntary Sector Partnership Service and help strengthen oneof London's most active and diverse voluntary sectors.

Weare looking for an experienced and motivated Voluntary Sector Locality Officer towork with communities, voluntary organisations and partners to deliver projects, strengthen local networks and support neighbourhood-led solutions that improve outcomes for residents.

This varied role will see you develop partnerships, support grant programmes, helpbuild the capacity of local organisations and ensure community voices are atthe heart of decision-making. You'll work across council services and with external partners to deliver initiatives that tackle inequality, strengthen communities and support the delivery of the council's priorities.

• Experience working with voluntary, community or public sector organisations.
• Strong partnership-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering projects, programmes or community initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to equality, inclusion and resident involvement.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
