Job DescriptionThe Programme and Community Manager will lead community engagement and programme delivery for Brent Giving, supporting resident participation, strengthening local relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of participatory grantmaking activities. The role will play a key part in building trust, increasing community involvement, and supporting grassroots organisations across Brent.

- Experience of community organising, community development or engagement.
- Excellent relationship-building and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Brent's communities and local voluntary sector.
- Experience delivering community programmes or grant-making initiatives.
- Ability to work flexibly, including attending community meetings and events.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience of participatory grant making.
- Experience working with resident-led decision-making processes.
- Understanding of community philanthropy and social justice approaches.
