Brief role description The Head of Income Generation is a new and pivotal senior management role responsible for developing and delivering income generation at the Forces Employment Charity. Overseeing all income streams, including high-value fundraising, trusts and foundations, individual giving and other business development opportunities, they will work towards a multimillion-pound income target.

They will also line manage a small team of three and work closely with the Director of Engagement and Income Generation and other members of the Senior Management Team to deliver ambitious income-generation plans. Who we're looking for We are looking for an experienced fundraising and partnerships professional with a proven track record of securing income from trusts, foundations, corporate partners and other funding sources.

You will be skilled at developing and delivering successful income generation strategies, building strong funding pipelines and achieving ambitious income targets You will be a confident relationship builder and have experience engaging senior stakeholders, securing new partnership opportunities and developing compelling funding propositions that generate results. You will also be comfortable leading and supporting colleagues, working collaboratively across teams and identifying opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fundraising best practice, ethical fundraising and supporter stewardship, alongside experience using CRM systems. Most importantly, you will share our values, be motivated by our mission and demonstrate empathy for ex-Forces personnel and the challenges they can face. Interested?
