Lincolnshire Young Farmers seeks a motivated County Development Officer to lead and develop one of the UK's largest county federations. You will work with county officers, clubs, and members to support events, governance, communications and safeguarding across 17 clubs and 600+ members.
The role is 25 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends, and requires a full UK driving licence. Salary is dependent on experience, and the team offers a supportive environment and flexible working
