Resource Hub Leader - Families and Children

Holy Trinity with St John's Penge are seeking a full-time Resource Hub Lead to develop and lead mission and outreach among families with young children in their parish and in link parishes across the Diocese, as part of the Rochester Diocese Called Together Programme.

The role will involve working with their existing team of capable, committed and enthusiastic volunteers to strengthen and develop this work among families with children in line with the Project Aims and their church's Mission Priority to grow as an intergenerational community of faith. As part of the wider Called Together programme, the role also involves working with link parishes from around the Diocese to support and develop work with this age group.

Holy Trinity with St John's are committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults, and this is the responsibility of every church member. The successful applicant will be required to undertake enhanced DBS clearance and safeguarding training. In line with Church of England Safer Recruitment practice, all applicants will be required to complete a confidential declaration form as part of the recruitment process.

Hours:

35 per week (full time)

Starting salary: £35,190pa
