Jewish Care is seeking a Community Dementia Assistant to join our Community Dementia Team in Hertfordshire, with travel across hubs. You will help coordinate and deliver dementia programmes, ensuring inclusivity and responsiveness to users' needs.
You will build trusted relationships with people living with dementia and their families, signposting where appropriate, and work with synagogues, volunteers and local partners to strengthen connections.
