Location: Greater London
A leading NHS foundation trust in Greater London is seeking a part-time Renal Supportive Care Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide palliative and end-of-life care for patients with advanced chronic kidney disease. The successful candidate will lead nurse clinics, manage complex symptoms, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. A degree in Nursing and relevant post-qualifications are required, along with proven experience in renal and palliative care.
This role offers a salary range of £56,276 to £63,176 annually (pro rata).
