Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Nurse at 108 Harley Street Ltd. located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Clinical Nurse will support the delivery of high-quality patient care by performing clinical assessments, preparing patients for procedures, assisting physicians, and monitoring post-procedure recovery. The role also involves coordinating patient care plans, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring strict adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices.

Position: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Reports to: Lead Nurse

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients.
  • Assist with all clinics.
  • Carry out and record basic observations as needed.
  • Monitor and order stock and non-stock items.
  • Maintain tidy clinical areas.
  • Complete weekly/monthly nursing audits and scan to folder.
  • Clean and check equipment; report faults to Lead Nurse.
  • Demonstrate caring and supportive manner to patients and relatives.
  • Prepare MDT for Breast and Skin clinics.
  • Assist Consultants during clinical procedures (day surgery, injections, examinations, chaperoning).
  • Accurately record prescriptions in Excel; ensure prescriptions are accounted for.
  • Provide monthly wound statistics and end-of-year reports.
  • Monitor prescription pad stock to avoid shortages.
  • Educate and support patients on treatments and diagnoses.
  • Book courier services for sample dispatch and log accordingly.
  • Prepare Consultant clinics with necessary paperwork/forms.
  • Assess wounds and provide care under consultant and registered nurse guidance.
  • Serve as initial contact point for surgical patients pre- and post-operation.
  • Support smooth clinic operations between multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ensure correct disposal of clinical waste and sharps.
  • Provide phlebotomy services as needed.
  • Maintain and monitor emergency equipment.
  • Ensure cryotherapy stock levels are sufficient.
  • Keep Continuing Professional Development (CPD) updated and submit copies quarterly to Practice Manager.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns promptly.
  • Follow company policies to facilitate role efficiency.
  • Attend mandatory annual training and other relevant courses.
