Senior Dialysis Nurse – Renal Services (South London)

Full-Time | Up to £44,515 DOE | £4.500 Allowance + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dialysis Nurse to join a modern, well-equipped dialysis clinic in the South London. Multiple vacancies are available due to service expansion and team growth.

The Role

As a Senior Dialysis Nurse, you will:

  • Take charge of shifts and act as Nurse in Charge
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred haemodialysis care
  • Support and mentor junior staff and colleagues
  • Monitor and assess patients pre-, during, and post-treatment
  • Ensure safe and effective use of dialysis equipment
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Shift Pattern
  • Early: 06:30 – 14:45
  • Late: 14:30 – 22:45
  • Monday to Saturday rota (including long days on rotation)
  • No night shifts or Sunday working
Candidate Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (NMC)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a renal dialysis setting essential
  • Confident in leading shifts and taking clinical responsibility
  • Able to work full rota including early starts and long days
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Renal qualification (or working towards) desirable
Salary & Benefits
  • Up to £44,515 (
    DOE
    )
  • 30% enhancement for evenings (after 8pm) and Saturdays
  • 35 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service
