Senior Dialysis Nurse – Renal Services (South London)
Full-Time | Up to £44,515 DOE | £4.500 Allowance + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dialysis Nurse to join a modern, well-equipped dialysis clinic in the South London. Multiple vacancies are available due to service expansion and team growth.

- Operates Monday to Saturday (no Sundays or nights)

As a Senior Dialysis Nurse, you will:
- Take charge of shifts and act as Nurse in Charge
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred haemodialysis care
- Support and mentor junior staff and colleagues
- Monitor and assess patients pre-, during, and post-treatment
- Ensure safe and effective use of dialysis equipment
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Early: 06:30 – 14:45
- Late: 14:30 – 22:45
- Monday to Saturday rota (including long days on rotation)
- No night shifts or Sunday working
- Registered General Nurse (NMC)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a renal dialysis setting essential
- Confident in leading shifts and taking clinical responsibility
- Able to work full rota including early starts and long days
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Renal qualification (or working towards) desirable
- Up to £44,515 (
DOE
) - 30% enhancement for evenings (after 8pm) and Saturdays
- 35 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service
